Ethiopian food is typically various spicy stews/curries (called wats) made of different meats or legumes, that are served on top of a large circle of Ethiopian sourdough flat-bread called injera. Injera is critical to any authentic Ethiopian meal.
Chechebsa $11.99
batter (all-purpose flour, water, salt) that’s fried to make a large flatbread called Kita. The kita is then torn into small pieces and is mixed with berbere (chilli Powder) and Niter Kibbeh (spiced butter) until it’s a moist and soft mixture.

It is chopped up injera (Ethiopian flat bread) or regular French bread mixed with spiced stew. Stew is prepared from onion, garlic, tomato and berbere. Please Note Injera will be bought on a daily basis from Ethiopian Restaurants. Add $2.00 and get it with beef.
